A ,000 chopper is out of my current budget. 5) I have been talking about this for 5 years so why don’t I get to it and stop doing all the talking and start doing some building.

Unfortunately, this Bike is not for made for the highway. Because it is lightweight, it is very sensitive to movement and one can categorically lose operate of it. You can’t categorically take it to the highway because the Mini Harley Chopper Scooter only runs at a speed of 50 to 60 miles an hour and cannot compete with the big trucks and speeding cars.
